Through cups of coffee, hosting retreats, conferences, and developing educational programmes Silvia has supported many social entrepreneurs to move their ideas into reality. Her relentless quest for learning new things and asking difficult questions led her to lead the launch of Chalkle in 2012, Social Enterprise Week in 2014, and the first Open Source, Open Society conference in 2015. She is a skilled facilitator, problem hacker, people organiser and has a consuming passion for improving education, creating good food and knitting.
Ants has worked across several early stage ventures in roles like investor, director, co-founder, business development, marketing & creative producer. After being a participant in Lightning Lab 2013, he helped launch the Live the Dream program in 2013, and has supported multiple entrepreneurship development programs, events and projects since then. Ants is currently focused on growing ventures and projects focused on professional development and systemic change. He stays up late scheming about creative projects to make the world a more peaceful place.
Billy is a designer by training and an educator by profession. After an eight year career in tertiary education he founded the ReGeneration youth leadership initiative in partnership with the Enviroschools Foundation. For the last three years Billy worked with Auckland Council as a strategic advisor focusing on social enterprise. He joined the Enspiral Foundation board in February 2015 and is building capacity with a number of ventures within the Enspiral network.
